ICD Strategy Principal Consultant, Dheeresh Patel has gained professional experience across industries and disciplines including business, technology, science, education, media, and client services. He is resourceful with consulting tools and frameworks to ascertain underlying patterns and problems. Mr. Patel has applied his interdisciplinary experiences, learning agility, and analytical thinking to identify impacting solutions and desired outcomes for a broad range of initiatives.

Mr. Patel has led small teams on consulting projects that focused on strategic planning, process improvement, and divestitures. He also led a team of analysts and consultants to operate a business incubator in the active warzone of Afghanistan, helping startups get established, go through the innovation process, develop business acumen, and seek funding. Dheeresh also supported IBM global thought leaders to develop presentations that convey trends and characteristics of innovation based upon global survey data, and the value of collaboration across business ecosystems. Currently, Dheeresh is working through the innovation process and evaluating the potential viability of new startup businesses.
