Dheeresh Patel is a versatile consultant that brings 25+ years of professional experience across industries and disciplines including business, technology, science, education, media, real estate, and client services. He has worked at major consulting firms on several client engagement projects focused on strategic planning, organizational transformation, process improvement, training, IT and information management. He is resourceful with consulting tools and frameworks to ascertain underlying patterns and problems. Mr. Patel has applied his interdisciplinary experiences, learning agility, and analytical thinking to identify impacting solutions and desired outcomes for a broad range of initiatives.

Mr. Patel has a range of experience with startups. He led a team of analysts to operate a business incubator and helped startups through the innovation process, develop business acumen, seek funding, create go-to-market strategies, and launch. He was a core team member of a New York City PropTech startup. As Chief Strategy Officer he built several business artifacts, plans, and pitch decks. Together, he and the founder pitched to several investors and successfully raised $200M.

Dheeresh also co-founded a non-profit center of excellence that trains professionals on business process improvement and performance management. While working at IBM, he supported IBM global thought leaders to develop presentations for C-level audiences to convey innovation trends, characteristics, and the value of collaboration across business ecosystems. Dheeresh has independently explored several ideas, built business models, created operating models, built proformas, and evaluated the viability of potential startup businesses.

Mr. Patel has earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from top-tier universities and has engaged in continuous learning across many professional roles. He is enthusiastic about engaging with a broad range of dynamic personalities and perspectives.  He is driven by creative, innovative, and forward-thinking professionals.
